it’s so important to try and incorporate anti-inflammatory ingredients any chance you get 💛


𝙒𝙚𝙩 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨

2 large, very ripe banana, mashed

¾ cup unsweetened applesauce

¼ cup avocado oil or coconut oil

2 cups Almond Milk (unsweetened)


𝘿𝙧𝙮 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨

1 cup brown rice flour

½ cup buckwheat flour

1 tablespoon ground dried turmeric

2 teaspoons ground dried ginger

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon sea salt

¼ cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 325°F.

40-45min
